Jump on this great opportunity to be rewarded for recruiting co-workers to join Third District, while receiving a free chance at a $150 cash prize for your efforts. That is what our Member-Get-a-Member (MGM) program is about.
The MGM Program is designed to reward our members for helping our Association grow. Each time a new member comes on board, 3rd District Nurses is offered a new, fresh perspective on our membership’s ever-evolvingneeds. This allows us to continuously develop and deliver relevant products and services to those we care about most—YOU!
What will you get?
$10 in 3D Dollars each time a nurse you refer to the District signs up and pays for his/her first year of membership. You may apply your 3D Dollars to:
- Continuing education workshops and independent studies
- Annual Banquet during National Nurses Week
- Annual MNA Convention (you will register as usual with MNA, then provide proof of registration, along with your 3D Dollars to 3rd District Nurses and we will reimburse you for the value of your 3D Dollars)
A chance at an annual cash prize of $150
- Your name will be entered in a drawing with each signed-up, paid referral member (the more you refer—the greater your chance of winning!)
- One winner’s name will be drawn each year at our Annual Banquet, which is held during National Nurses Week
- Deadline for the drawing is National Nurses Week.
What will new members get?

What are our membership dues rates?
The most an MNA member pays for 3rd District annual dues is $65. The rate goes down from there, depending on employment or school status. Remember, to join 3rd District, your new district member must also be an MNA member.
What do you need to do?
- Print off information from our Web site
- Offer potential members the basic information about 3rd District Nurses.
- Submit your recruit's name and address via the form on our site, and we’ll send him/her more detailed information, plus a referral form, dues rate information (MNA & District) and an application.
- When your recruit signs up, we’ll notify you and send you your 3D Dollars. We’ll also enter your name in our annual drawing for $150 cash.
