3rd District Nurses has been dedicated to providing continuing education to advanced practice registered nurses for over 25 years. In the spring a regional two day conference for APRNs is held at a prominent hotel in the Minneapolis area. This conference is accredited by ANCC and provides a variety of topics presented by experts in their fields. This highly successful conference is planned by the APRN Steering Committee of 3rd District Nurses consisting of advanced practice nurses from different settings and backgrounds.

In the fall of every year advanced practice nurses participate in the APRN Dinner Dialogue. This setting provides an opportunity for APRNs to socialize and engage in meaningful discussion on a specific topic related to their practice. We will post additional information on the event as it gets closer.

All of 3rd District Nurses continuing education is ANCC accredited and many workshops not listed specifically for APRNs may be appropriate for specific APRNs interest or expertise.
