3rd District Nurses of MNA

In this time of a nursing shortage, when there is a widening gap in nurse supple vs. demand, it is critical that those individuals who have chosen nursing as their career find it rewarding and elect to remain involved.

3rd District Nurses has found a way for you,3rd District Members, to become an ambassador for your profession by engaging new and seasoned nurses in the art of mentoring.

Participants will learn how to welcome nurses into the profession and their professional association, how to be supportive through a mentoring relationship, and the steps to successfully engage in, and follow through with, a mentoring experience.

We periodically have a workshop called "Ambassadors of the Nursing Profession" that will allow you to become an ambassador for 3rd District Nurses. Keep checking this page where the most current workshop will be posted, or you can call us at 952-920-9860.
